1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and r333 ("r333", "we", "us", "our") in connection with your use of the r333 online gaming platform, including the website located at r333.asia, all sub-pages, associated applications, and any services offered through the platform. By accessing the r333 platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the r333 platform immediately.

r333 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. 2. Eligibility and Registration

2.3 Jurisdictional Compliance. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of r333 is lawful in your jurisdiction. r333 does not provide legal advice. Players resident in jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law must not register with or use r333. r333 expressly disclaims any liability for a player's non-compliance with applicable local laws.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update any such information if it changes. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2.5 One Account Per Person. Each person may maintain only one active r333 account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances voided.

3. Account Security

3.4 r333 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmissions between your device and the r333 platform. However, no method of electronic transmission is completely secure, and r333 cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

4. Use of the Platform

4.1 Permitted Use. r333 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the r333 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct. You agree not to:

1. Use automated software, bots, scrapers, or any other non-human means to interact with the r333 platform;
2. Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or circumvent any game mechanic, random number generator, or security measure on r333;
3. Engage in collusion, match-fixing, money laundering, or any form of fraud in connection with r333;
4. Access r333 for the purpose of developing a competing product or service;
5. Conduct any activity through r333 that violates any applicable law or regulation.

4.3 r333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, and to report such conduct to appropriate authorities where required by law.

5. Deposits

5.1 All deposits made to r333 accounts must originate from payment methods registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

5.2 r333 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Available payment methods and minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your r333 account.

5.3 Deposits are credited to your r333 wallet promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant. Bank transfer deposits may take several hours to settle depending on interbank processing times.

5.4 r333 does not charge fees on deposits. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges; such charges are outside r333's control.

6. Withdrawals and Identity Verification

6.1 You may request a withdrawal of your r333 account balance at any time, subject to any applicable bonus wagering requirements having been satisfied.

6.2 Verification Requirement. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, r333 is required to verify your identity. 8. Gaming Rules and Bet Settlement

8.1 The rules applicable to each game and sport available on r333 — including bet types, odds formats, settlement procedures, and cancellation policies — are set out within the respective game or sports betting section of the platform and form part of these Terms.

8.2 r333 game results are final once settled. In the event of a technical error that materially affects the outcome of a wager, r333 will investigate and may void the affected bets at its discretion. Winnings paid in error may be reclaimed by r333 from your account balance.

8.3 For cricket betting — including PSL fixtures, international Test matches, ODIs, and T20s — settlement follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. Abandoned or voided matches are settled in accordance with the rules displayed in the sportsbook at time of bet placement.

9. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, r333 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the r333 platform.

11.2 r333's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your r333 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits r333's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which r333 holds its applicable international gaming licence. 13. Amendments and Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect. r333's failure to enforce any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
